Deftly draped for day or evening wear. In any color scheme your fancy dictates.

<Maybe not the most stellar of designs... but with the right attitude, as displayed by the model, it absolutely rocks!>

Material:

Fleisher's Wonderglow Yarn

10 balls Snow White

15 ball Goldenrod

Knitting Needles #9

Gauge: 11 sts = 2 inches / 7 rows = 1 inch

With goldenrod, cast on 267 stitches. Knit plain, decreasing 1 stitch each side every 2nd row 40 times (knitting the 1st stitch every row). Border should be 8 inches deep. Break yarn. Join white, change to stockinette stitch (knit 1 row, purl 1 row) and work 34 inches. Break yarn. With goldenrod knit border increasing instead of decreasing. Bind off.

Holding right side of work toward you, with goldenrod pickup and knit stitches on side of white square. Work border as on last end. Repeat border on other side. Sew seams at corners.
